Beautiful packaging and branding however for $250 sunglasses the quality is very low. The frame looks cheap and the nose stoppers shake and make sounds like cheap sunglasses. Cant keep it just because of the little pouch it comes with so have to return. Hopefully they pay more attention to the quality the wah they do their marketing/branding

Regarding the nose pads, they are designed to have a little movement so they can adapt to different nose shapes and provide a more comfortable fit. On this style we use natural jade nose pads rather than plastic, which is something quite unique to our brand. It also sounds like the packaging you received may not have been correct, and I apologise for this. We can of course replace the pair and ensure you receive the correct packaging, or proceed with your return if you prefer. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. Glasses look good but I didn’t get the case I was supposed to, instead I got a pouch and a cloth pocket. Disappointed since it’s a gift for my daughter’s birthday and I expected to get what I saw on the video and pictures. Sunglass case

For this particular ornate style, we only use the soft pouch and cloth pocket because our standard hard case does not fit the frame properly or close securely.
