Where do you ship and what is the shipping cost?

*We offer FREE EXPRESS International delivery on all orders over £100 (this excludes areas based in a remote location, see below for further details). For domestic shipping, we offer FREE EXPRESS delivery on all orders above £100 & FREE returns from the UK mainland only (outside UK: can still return but must cover shipping cost).

Orders placed before 1pm GMT will be processed on the same working day.

Due to issues with customs, we regret that we are unable to deliver to Russia, but you can visit our sister website for orders in Russia.

For order below £100, delivery charges will be applied as follows:

  • £6 delivery charge on domestic UK orders for next day delivery
  • £20 delivery charge on International orders for delivery within 1-5 days
  • Customers based in the EU no longer need to pay taxes or duties on dispatched items. Please allow up to 7 working days for your parcel to arrive.

We use real-time exchange rates on our website and the rate is already factored into price you see listed on each product. 

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?


United Kingdom - 1 working day

Rest of Europe - allow 7 working days

China, Hong Kong & Taiwan - 3-5 working days

Rest of the World - 5-7 working days


How much do I need to pay for duties and imports outside of the UK and why?

Whilst we try to minimise customs fee for our customers, this is out of our control and varies from country to country. If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may also be subject to customs charges. This is because most countries levy tax on imported goods. How much they tax is outside of our control.

Customers based in the EU no longer need to pay taxes or duties on dispatched items. Please allow up to 7 working days for your parcel to arrive.



*Due to remote area delivery surcharge, a select few countries will be excluded from our free shipping promotion at a set rate of £35.00 - See below which countries are included within remote area shipping:

How do I return my sunglasses?

Include a copy of your invoice and any significant correspondence you have had with our staff in the package so your refund or exchange can be processed by the Returns Team with ease.

The unworn products must then be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Or simply contact us to arrange a pre-paid label to be sent via email (in UK only).

Hygiene and our customer's safety is super important, so earrings can't be returned for refunds. 

What about overseas returns?

Overseas returns can be sent back to us at our address. Please contact us at However, please take into account that it is likely international customers will be required to pay additional postage costs for their returns to the UK.

Where do I ship my return?

The unworn products must be returned to us at the below address within 14 working days of receiving goods. Or contact us to arrange for a free collection from your address. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by For Art's Sake, we will arrange a free collection* for the return parcel and will reimburse for delivery on international orders.

For domestic, EU and International customers, please email where we will advise you on the next steps on how to return your parcel. 

For China, Taiwan and Hong Kong customers, please email us at to obtain the appropriate address before returning.

Do I need to pay additional postage cost if I want to return the product and what carrier should I use to send the eyewear or jewellery back?

Yes, if you are based outside of the UK you are responsible for the return of the product until it arrives back to our warehouse. This includes the shipment cost back to our warehouse in the UK. Any courier is fine, a trackable one is recommended in case the parcel is delayed or lost.

If you are exchanging an item, you will also be responsible to pay for the return postage. We will however cover the shipment cost of the replacement item being shipped back to you. 


What do I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

If the item you have received is faulty or damaged in transit please contact our Customer Service team immediately at detailing the issue.

Can I still return the product after 14 days?

Returns are free for UK customers. Please contact us directly on to obtain a pre-paid label.

Rest of the world

Please e-mail us at within 14 days of receiving of goods to inform us of your return also stating whether an exchange or refund is required.

Do you do refunds?

We offer full refunds to our customers if they are unhappy with their product for whatever reason. Please take care to include all packaging and accessories sold with the products in brand-new condition. Once refunded your money will take 3-5 working days to reach your account.

What is your refund policy?

For Art's Sake is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service to all of our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your sunglasses for whatever reason, we operate a 14-day full money back guarantee even for unwanted goods.

How long until I get my refund?

Please be aware that we can NOT process your request until we receive the sunglasses which may take a few days depending on your courier of choice. Your patience will be required until you receive a confirmation email informing you of your refund and/or exchange.

What is the refund policy?

The products should be returned in re-sellable condition complete with all of the original packaging.

When sending a return, please note that the parcel is the customers' responsibility until it reaches us. This means you are also responsible for the postage for the returned parcel.

A proof of postage receipt is not sufficient enough evidence should anything happen to your parcel.

If by the off chance you discover an issue with your style, we offer free repairs for purchases under our 1 year warranty. Please note that shipping of the item will need to be covered by the customer. We recommend your item is shipped using a tracked delivery service to ensure it's safety. 

If you need to request spare parts such as screws or embellishments, we will ship those free of charge, even if the warranty period has ended.
